On July 22, 2024, the East-West Seed Foundation (EWSF) proudly participated in the Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off event organized by the Department of Education (DepEd) Bulacan. The event, which took place at Lydia Villangca Trade School, in San Rafael, Bulacan, aimed to prepare schools for the upcoming academic year.
The Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off 2024 was graced by the presence of officials from DepEd Region 3 and other government representatives, highlighting the collaborative spirit between educational institutions and the public-private sector.
EWSF's participation was marked by a donation and distribution of a variety of seedlings, including tomato, hot pepper, eggplant, and several types of flowering plants sourced from Farm-Ready GG Seedling Corporation, a subsidiary of East-West Seed Company.
